A new user can create an HR Locker account by clicking the green “Sign Up 30 Day Risk Free Trial” button along the bottom, left hand side of the homepage. The registration form on the following page asks the user for a first and last name, email address and password. The user is also asked to provide their country location using the drop down box at the bottom of the form. No credit card information is required to set up a trial account, however the user will have to provide this information after the free trial has ended.
HR Locker offers users five membership options to choose from. The first is the Mini account which is free and includes up to three employees, .5 GB of storage space, SSL encryption and backup features. The Small membership costs around $285 and includes up to 15 employees and 1 GB of storage space. The Medium membership costs around $700 and includes up to 40 employees and 1.5 GBs of storage space. The Large plan costs around $1,400 and includes up to 100 employees and 2 GB of storage space. An X-Large plan is also available for companies with more than 100 employees. This plan includes 50 GBs of storage. The user must contact HR Locker for a quote on an X-Large membership.
